 Purina Cattle Mineral BVT 1440 is formulated to be fed continuously on a free choice basis to pasture cattle (slaughter, stocker, feeder cattle and dairy and beef replacement heifers) to provide 60-200 mg.Lasalocid per head daily. Pasture and roughage should be adequate to assure minimum consumption of supplement will be 1.34 oz/head/day (which provides 60 mg. lasalocid) and maximum consumption of supplement will be 4.44 oz/head/day (which provides 200 mg. lasalocid). If cattle consume more or less than these levels feeder should be moved further or closer to the general resting or watering area. If cattle still fail to consume the correct amount, discontinue feeding this mineral and vitamin supplement.

For cattle grazing small grain pastures or lush green grass, provide free-choice without additional salt in sheltered 4 onces per head per day. When cattle are offered this product year round, additional free-choice salt is recommended when forage quality is fair to poor. Maintain a supply of clean fresh water near feeding areas. The feeding of Range Mineral Hi-M Hi-Se should be initiated at least 2-3 weeks before cattle have access to lush forage.

DIRECTIONS:
For cattle weighing 1000 lb. body weight, grazing fescue pasture, feed without additional salt at a rate of 4
ounces (0.25 lb.) per head per day in a sheltered feeder to provide 350 mg. per head per day of
chlortetracycline and 1.19 mg/100 lb. body weight of methoprene (35.7 mg./100 lb. body weight/month).
WARNING:
A withdrawal period has not been established in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be
processed for veal. This product contains added copper which can be toxic to sheep. Do not allow sheep
access to this product. This product is to be fed only to the animal species as directed on this label. 
DIRECTIONS:
Feed free-choice continuously from a sheltered feeder to cattle on range at the approximate rate of 2
ounces per head per day.
Feed loose salt separately with this mineral.

CAUTION: 
For cattle grazing lush quality fescue pasture, hand feed without additional salt at a rate of 4 ounces per head per day to provide 350 mg. per head per day of Chlortetracycline. Maintain a supply of clean fresh water near feeding areas. the feeding of Wind and Rain High Magnesium 5 Complete CTC 2800 (Med.) should be initiated at least 2-3 weeks before cattle have access to lush forage. 
Feed free choice from sheltered feeders to sheep to provide approximately 0.25 to 0.75 ounces per head per day. Maintain a supply of clean fresh water near feeding areas.
